Batat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Batat ili slatki krompir tek je od prije nekoliko godina priznat kao jedna od najpo\u017eeljnijih namirnica u kuhinji i to zbog mno\u0161tva minerala, niskog glikemijskog indeksa i obilja dijetalnih vlakana. Upravo zahvaljuju\u0107i niskom glikemijskom indeksu batat u organizmu usporava absorpciju glukoze, produ\u017eavaju\u0107i na taj na\u010din potrebu za slatkim.
