Pre\u010destim sjedenjem usporavate protok krvi i mi\u0161i\u0107i tro\u0161e manje energije \u0161to uzrokuje nakupljanje masti na stijenkama krvnih \u017eila.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>. Kada niste aktivni, usporavaju se i funkcije va\u0161eg mozga zbog \u010dega \u0107ete te\u017ee razmi\u0161ljati, koncentrisati se i pamtiti.
